Replacement of 60 ton and 40 ton air-cooled McQuay condensing units and cooling coils in existing Airfan indoor multizone air handling units. Addition of airside economizer cycle to system.
HVAC: New Carrier condensing units, new Colmac coils, new R410a refrigerant piping.
Services performed: Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical engineering and drawings for public works competitive bidding.
