Auditorium and Foyer HVAC Systems Replacement.
Replacement of 5 forced air units and water-cooled compressor-condensing units with a 25 ton water-cooled self-contained A/C unit, indoor induced draft cooling tower, gas-fired duct heater.

Services performed: HVAC, plumbing and electrical engineering and drawings for City of Palm Desert plan check and competitive bidding. Title-24 Energy Report.

Mechanical Contractor: Polar Barr Air-Conditioning.
