Renovation of existing Dennyís free-standing restaurant building
Central chilled water plant with 2 water-cooled screw chillers, induced draft cooling tower with variable speed fan control, variable speed site distribution pumps, constant speed chiller and condenser water pumps.
Combination domestic and space heating hot water systems for each hotel building.
Services performed: HVAC and plumbing engineering and drawings for competitive bidding.
