Replacement of two 1600 ton R-11 water-cooled chillers with a 1500 ton and a 1200 ton R-13a water-cooled chillers; upgrade of chiller room to meet current Los Angeles Mechanical Code. Chillers are in below grade chiller plant serving an office tower, retail mall, and Hyatt hotel in multi-use complex.
